Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the free smartphone, a student must meet these conditions:
✔️ 1. Must be a Student
You must be enrolled in a government school, college, technical institute, or university.
✔️ 2. Low-Income Family
Students belonging to financially weak / low-income families will be given priority.
✔️ 3. Academic Performance
Merit may be considered — good academic performance gives higher chance.
✔️ 4. Remote / Rural Area Preference
Students from rural areas, Balochistan, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and underserved regions may get priority.
✔️ 5. Not a Previous Beneficiary
If you have already received a phone/laptop under a government digital scheme, you cannot apply again.
